Can ski boots be used for snowboarding?

I accidentally bought ski boots and mistook them for snowboarding boots. Is there that much of a difference between the two?

Although there is a huge difference between the two types of boots, you could technically use ski boots on a snowboard. It's not ideal, but if it was an emergency, you could still strap your boots on a snowboard. It wouldn't be as comfortable and you wouldn't have as much control. Take your boots back and get proper ones.

sorry....... Yes there is a massive differencec Betweenen the 2 eappless and oranges the only similarity is they both grow on trees No you can’t use them for snowboarding nor would you want to they are unpleasant and wouldn’t fit the bindings ad people would put so much cr@p on u.

I use ski boots with my snowboard all the time!! I find that they work great, I've never had any trouble. My feet grew and my snowboard boots were a little small, so I used my dads ski boots this season with my snowboard. It was awesome!! Shaun White is awesome!
