    Ahh, the great dilemma - to snowboard or not to snowboard. That is the question. Here are the facts. Snowboarding takes much longer to learn than skiing. If you spend the whole day on the mountain trying to learn, you may not even make it up on the chairlift. You will fall. A lot. Having a background in skiing may help you a little. However, when you do eventually learn, it is a blast of fun. If I was gonna be going for just one day, I would stick to skiing. You will have much more fun than trying to learn snowboarding. if you want to snowboard then try it, and tell your friends to teach you i taught my boyfriend how to and i didn't mind waiting for him he learnt it pretty fast and plus if you dont like it you always can switch back to skiing

Just stick with skiing. Your friends are going to be extremely frustrated waiting for you to come down the hill.

if ur friends are patient go with snowboarding but if ur trying to impress someone haha go twith skiing

You could try snowboarding just for fun, if you don't like it switch to skiing.
