alright, so you seem like veteran material. um, i would say 156-162...somewhere around there. you'd want a smaller board for the parks if you did decide to go freestyle...so maybe 158 would be good. me myself, being 6' 155lbs, i ride a 158 burton king. amazing board, and pretty affordable, depending on which year's model you get. but yea, it's great for the mountain, and even carves it up on the icy and groomed snow. i have also taken it into the park...even though it's not a freestyle board, and it works like a charm. it has an amazing flex pattern, that feels good whether going off a jump in a park or going off a cliff in the backcountry. i have even rode some rails with it....buttery smooth board by the way, when you need it to be....and it even rode fine on rails. pretty durable too. the only scratch it has is where this one tiny skier collided with me cuz he couldn't stop...i was just standing there and he cracked me pretty bad..he was flyin!! so, i would recommed the king...amazing board, and it even comes in a size WIDE, if you have feet on the bigger size.

you can try like a lamar off of ebay a board and boots for like 200$ not bad at all and well i would say just get a board you can get a good wide stance on if you have the money get a rome or a burton but if it'll be a lamar get like a 159 cm ish and you'll be fine but just make sure you can fit your shoe, i got big feet so i looked for a wide board. if u got like 12's+ look for something that you can fit your foot on w/o too much hangage off the edges

For you I would say about a 159 or 157 because of your weight. I'm 6 foot and weigh 220 and I ride a 162. As for a company with your style of riding I would suggest "Never Summer" which is a small company based out of Colorado, or I would say get an Arbor. I personally love my "Lib-Tech TRS MTX 162" and it is the best board i have ever ridden, hands down. Good luck!
