Wear lots of protection and do bunny slopes until you feel confident enough to take on bigger slopes. Once you do, if you still feel nautious at the top of the run, shake yourself a couple times to relax. Trust me it works. Just don't rush yourself and try any double Black Diamonds if you're not feeling up to it. =D Hope this helps ya!

You just need to go for it. I break a bone a year, you just can't be afraid of it. You will heal, and the pain will go away. Keep practicing. Once you get to be pretty proficient then most of what makes you successful is your confidence.

You didn't break your wrist. Buy a helmet, put it on, go fast, avoid trees. You just might fall in love.

you just have to have self confidence. find someone or something to motivate you. dont picture yourself falling or you will fall. just pitcure yourself making it down the run and not falling. maybe a lesson will help. they will give you some pointers. just bend your knees and stuff. oh and also, when you are riding, dont look down at your feet, look where you want to go, because your body will follow. so if you look down, that is where you're gonna go.

the best thing you could do is take like an all day leson. if you dont have the money or patience you could try this technique. go strait, stop. go strait try a turn or two stop. repete and keep trying to go for longer without stoping each time. if you feel like your out of control just take a controled fall.

You're just going to have to take risks if you wanna get better, i broke my collarbone in the park a few years ago and i didn't go back in the park for the rest of the season once i healed but i finally started doing it the following year and man was it worth it i always think about it when I ride but it doesn't effect my ride anymore you should do the same, take a few risks you may feel uncomfortable doing it but you will feel more comfortable as you practice you won't regret it because its amazing once you got advanced skills good luck

Go and get a snowboarding lesson. Having an instructor with you and giving you tips makes you better and more confident!
