Where can i get a pair of CHEAP MEN'S figure skates in VANCOUVER?

Is it possible to get the back of figure skates off?

  • I have a pair of figure skates, the kind that has support in the ankles, is it possible to get the back of the blade ground off so they're like hockey skates?

Not recommended but I've seen people grind off the toepick of figure skating blades, so do what you want to do. However, they're not going to be very stable so you have to be careful not to fall off the back of the blade. It's easier to just get hockey skates.
