i want to start skating again. is there any off- ice training techniques, or stretches to prepare for figure skating?

Do some ballet it helps you stretch and be more gracefull. Do a daily workout so you can be flexible and strong. Stretch,stretch,stretch! You need to be at least a little flexi to skate! Hope you do well skater!
