    The jumps are so fast, you almost don't have time to think! Sounds like you just need to put it all together. That's awesome that you've got the height, it's a big factor in your success. Backspin, backspin, backspin! I can't say it enough, it is the core of every jump and just gets more important for every rotation you add. When practicing your back spin work on snapping your arms and legs in as fast as you can, while still maintaining the spin. The only other think I can think of is confidence, you need to KNOW that you can do these jumps, not that you WANT to. Visualize yourself doing a double axel and landing it flawlessly before you actually do it. Good luck, you can do this!

I've just started working on my double axel, and my advice for you is to just give yourself some motivation. My goal is to compete at Nationals on any level, so as I'm about to take off, I tell myself 'nationals' and it gives me motivation to land the jump. That's how I landed my double lutz.
