    stretch a lot off ice and on ice. do lots of spirals in 2m you should see a little improvement don't worry on pre-pre the judges are looking for balance, form, and a straight line. 90 degrees is passing, but it looks nice if you have more that than note: other levels require a good spiral good luck!

I do not think that height matters that much. 90 degrees is okay. The best way to get your spiral higher is stretch a lot. I never had trouble with my spiral but my students sometimes do.... I help them by pushing their leg up behind them into spiral position. The more you do it that better it will become! Good luck!
