How to heel blister faster?

Got a blister on my heel from ice skating yesterday?

  • Now around my.ankle hurts to touch also the bone from my heel up my leg ode hurting. I never fell over...could this be because of the blister

    When I used to skate for fun before I started properly, I would get blisters from skating if I didn't wear enough socks, because if you weren't wearing your own skates then, the hire skates can not be that good for you especially if you don't wear enough socks, that could be the reason, but I think you should rub some cream on, and keep the blister clean. I don't really think your bone would hurt from a blister... I'm not really sure, it never happened to me and I get blisters all the time because I am a figure skater (ice skater, but do spins and jumps and stuff) lol... anyway, maybe your skates were too tight and it cut off circulation? or... maybe you twisted it in a funny way and you didn't notice on the ice? I don't know... But I'm pretty sure it's from something else, other than a blister. Blisters are external, from if the skin is pinched, crushed, or squeezed. Also, if your skin is rubbing against something else over and over. I hope you feel better soon!

It matters about the size ice skates you wore. They have to be tight. And your heel can't lift up in the back , that causes blisters.
