What exactly happens after Skate UK Star Gold?

Nisa levels...?

    I'm not sure what a NiSA level is, although I'm guessing it's what you do in the United Kingdom but if you were doing it in group lessons, then you wil probably do it in private lessons. You should ask someone at the ice rink about that though, and ask your coach what you need to do for the next level.

The best thing to do is ask your coach or a coach at your club, what the best thing to do next is. There aren't such things as NISA levels unless you want to get into coaching then NISA have levels of coaches just like any other sport does. Levels are free skating and elementary field moves, your coach or someone at NISA will be able to give you all the info you need. Make sure that you choose a coach that is right for you, this may mean changes coaches a couple of times but it will be worth the hassle once you find a coach that has the right style and attitude for you. check with ur local skating rink or with ur coach, and see if ur ready. i have never heard of nisa levels, but im sure u can find it on a figure skating website. try about.com and see what u get. good luck!

NISA levels? I have never heard of them....there are freestlye levels and then Moves in the Field. I think you mean moves in the field so for the first level you need to be able to do nice stroking, edges, spirals, and walts 3's. The level is called Prepreliminary! Good Luck!
