Does anyone know anything about Figure Skating?

Does anyone know of a boarding school that kind of specializes in figure skating?

As far as I'm aware no. The only option similar to this is home-schooling. One of my best friends is home schooled. She skates 6 hours a day. 2 in the morning, 2 during her school day(lunch) and 2 after school. She also does a gym session after her middle skate. Her aunt and uncle are qualified teachers(English/Spanish and Maths/Physics) who retired and now teach her. It's extremely hard to get approved and she is constantly being monitored by the education board. Not a road that I personally think is necessary at any level. I skate during my lunch break at certain points during the year. On a Wednesday my last class before lunch is PE, in my year you just use the school gym. I've been given permission to skate during that period so I have an hour and a half skating during lunch. I can't skate before school so this is my alternative. Most public schools are supportive of sports- especially if at a high level.

Well one option similar to this is home-schooling or you can go to this website: http://www.boardingschoolreview.com/researchschools.php select the state or region your in/want to go to school in then select the type of sport you want and it will give you some choices. Most of them are college prep schools (9th-12th grade) and the focus is figure skating and of course academics. Good luck!
