Answer:
Well, heat moldable boots are great because you can shape them to your foot and reduce some discomfort. However the best thing is to keep them a little loose then normal and do basic edges and warm ups for a few days. You can do singles if you want but I honestly see no point in going for big jumps, which some skaters try to do. Also, two things. One, some say to wear them around the house. I guess that works but it's a bit different then on the ice and you might shape them a bit differently. Two, I've heard that you can put on damp socks and wear them to stretch it out, but I personally wouldn't. You can look into it but I didn't think it'd be a good idea.

It usually takes 2 weeks to a month depending on how often you use them. It took my skates 2 and a half weeks to break them in because they were very stiff Riedells and I went nearly every day. But this doesn't mean you have to skate for very long periods of time straight. Keep the first two eyelets unlaced and stop to relace them every once in a while. Make sure you go ice skating a lot and get the feel of your new skates. You can also walk in them alot with your guards on at home to promote breaking them in. You can use "corn cushions" which are circular foam pads applied onto the foot with a corn to ease the pain. Put these on "bony" spots (ankle etc) so you reduce friction and blisters. It depends on the material and your model. The more advanced skates you get, the harder it is to break them in. Good luck!

It takes about a week or 3 hours of practicing hard core. make sure that you do alot of ankle movement so that the fabric is losened sorta and then you are able to move freely.

Use them everyday for two-three weeks, or there abouts, that's the easiest way. Depends upon material of the skates, and how long you wear them, how long it will take to break them it.

It will take 2-5 Weeks but is you walk in them with guards on at home and skate in them alot they wont take more then 2-3 weeks. Make sure to use them!
