In addition to writing to every company (which is a good way to get them), prowl around the tents and booths at demo days when a ski company comes to your mountain. Whenever I worked a demo or festival we always had stickers and other cool SWAG to give out. We gave out a tape measure/level from K2 one time, we had shot glasses from G3 skis/bindings another time, hats, t-shirts, etc from a bunch of other companies, and one time we had pint glasses from Karhu backcountry skis.
