Go with the 169cm, you will most likely get the hang of it and you might as well invest in a good pair of skis. I'm a 5'2" 17 yr old girl and I ski on 159s, really height doesn't have everything to do with how long they should be, it's skill too. Personally, I'd recommend getting the 169, getting the technique for skiing down, and then start with park. That's if you also plan to ski any other time though (big mountain). Sorry if this is all over the place I'm a bit tired ha. Shorter if you want just park and tricks and nothing else Longer if you want to to anything outside of the park
