You do always need a twin tip.....k2 serditor 102 would be perfect basically for allmountain/lightpowder you want a 95-110 waist with lots of rocker in the tips I don't know any names for skis other than the one i said right now becouse most changed for the 2014 season

I don't think you necessarily need a twin tip. That's less important than the width, flex, and camber unless you plan on skiing backwards. I think your best bets for an all mountain ski that rips in all conditions (groomers, powder, packed powder) are: 1. Volkl Gotama 2. Black Diamond Verdicts I own both and can't go wrong with either. The Black Diamond is much lighter, which makes for a better back country ski, but Volkl rips through crud better.
