    sound like ur not from where snow is. if there is snow u need boots snowpants a REALLY thick warm jacket a few paris of gloves under armor long johns and the whoooole thing girfrand!!!

That is fine for the trip, but when you get there you will need snow pants, long under wear, a robe for the hot tub, dancing shoes for the night life, a turtleneck shirt and a sweater for comfort, a smile, money, ski gloves, ski socks, a helmet and eye protection and sunscreen. Take a series of lessons from a qualified professional instructor, not from well meaning friends if you value the friendship. Rent skis, ski boots a helmet at the area. Budget 3 times what a single day lift ticket will cost, if you do not spend that much great. Have fun stay hydrated.
