How much would an average trip around Europe cost?

How much does an average weeks skiing trip cost in Europe? Chalet, ski pass, etc?

  • I may be going and have never been before, therefore have no idea what it costs, and if there are any hidden costs or extras I should be aware of? Thanks!

    Last season I booked a couple of weeks before I went and got it a couple of hundred pounds cheaper than others staying at the same place. All inclusive can be cheaper, at least you don't have to take much cash with you. Some places are tax free and are cheap to live whilst you are there, I found Livignio in Italy really cheap as it's on the Switzerland/Italian border, there is a five hour coach transfer from the airport to the resort though. Hi. Ditto jlk's advice. i'm from australia and have done the north planet thing a few times now. Don't know your age , if you're over legal watch out for the bar prices. that's the real hidden cost. drinkys in euro are expensive. all ski companies will quote you great packages, better and less stress then sewing everything up yourself . Already paid up .. just pack and go. Do your research, you'll be surprised at some of the package offers. Almost forgot, Take out decent travel insurance - Rule 1 ! ummm .. rule 2 check exchange rates rule 3 , you'll have a ball.
