im gonna go skiing for the first time next week, and if i like it after the 2nd or 3rd trip i might just buy my own pair.. im a big guy so what kind of ski's do u think will fit ...show more

Used skis are fine. Make sure they are forgiving as you are new to the sport. Do some reading on the internet and in magazines to help you choose. Make sure you get boots that fit you. Used and ebay is a good way to go.
