I need some winter boots.

What sorts of winter boots do my children need for a winter in Colorado?

    If you get them snow boots it's all they need, covering them with galoshes would be redundant.. Galoshes were old school, to protect our leather street shoes and I doubt your kids would want to cover their Nikes with rubber. RSctt

I really think it depends on the kid. My second kid, boy named PY was born in November, about 16 years ago. He couldn't stand cold weather and we had to make him special boots for -40 (oC) for years.The 2 others were okay with the regular -20 (oC) boots. Ask around what are the usual winter temperature over there. But I think what they usually sell in stores are adapted for the local weather. Good luck !
