What size skis should I buy?

I am almost 5 10 what size skis should i buy 169 or 164?

i wouldent buy the k2 extremes because i have had them for the past two seasons and they are only good in powder. they are really heavy and arent flexy at all. and also there is no point in buying new skis if your only going to the snow 3 times a year. also dont get twin tips if your a **** skier
