yep you sure can! every ski brand makes at least one all mountain ski. if you have a lower budget then look at k2's because they have a low price range, if you have some room for a budget then id say moments, armadas, line skis, volkl, head skis or rossignols. i had a pair of rossignols and head skis like 2 seasons ago and those were fantastic in park, powder and big mountain and now i have the 2010 line chronics which are amazing <3 perfect in park and pipe and they handle big mountain like a freaking dream! the only thing that they are not so bueno in is powder they tend to sink but they're only an 86 i think underfoot but line blends would be great for all mountain as a one quiver ski and so would the chronic cryptonites and those have a thicker waist which has a better float in all mountain for powder but it can still stomp in park. my friend had a pair of volkl walls before he fell in a whole and wrecked them and he said those were great. he skis a lot of park and some big mountain and he could move from cliff jumping to park on the same ski and those handled great. and then another one of my friends has got rossignols and hes had those for 2 seasons and he skis park but mostly big mountain and he loves those but it all depends on your preference if you like fatter skis for park and big mountain or whether youd rather stick with a ski with a thinner waist thats more for park. but nowadays park skis are getting thicker and thicker so you can use them all over the mountain.

Yes, lots of companies make them. I would recommend the armada el rey, they can handle anything, even the deep pow, and theyll do great in the park. Its also one of the best skis for its price $399. Check em out. http://armadaskis.com/product/skis/el-rey/

Yes you can, the one's I'm getting are K2 silencer ski's what are built with all terrain rocker. .http://k2skis.com/skis/twin-tips/silencer - there's a video on this what tells you about all terrain rocker. AND PLUS THE SKI'S ARE CHEAP AS CHIPS
