Depends, go with a longer ski if want more stability and easier time landing larger spins off the bigger jumps, go with shorter if you want to be able to whip spins around of smaller jumps and try some jibs

Well, im 5'6 and i use 169 J.O. Pro TT's Id suggest ither 170's or 172's. Trust me i have 1080's nailed with em. Cork 720's. and more.

For your height and use, I suggest a maximum of 160 cm, in a twin tip. They will be shorter than you are tall, but you are doing spins so the stability needed with a longer ski or float needed in soft snow is no longer a consideration. I'm 6' and ski on 170's for general use. Remember that twin tips ski shorter than the marked length.

Well you should get any where from 160cm to167 or168 cm but I would go to your local ski shop to try some and look more into twintip skiing
