Apply to the ski resort for a job as an instructor. They have training sessions for instructors before the resort opens to the public. No experience needed, but the ability to ski at least advanced intermediate level.

In my area, it is only those who will work with the more advanced skiers that are certified. The basic instructors are provided training by the resort after passing a ski skills test. Talk to the resort(s) you are considering working and see what they require of new instructors.

You have to apply for it. Then you have to turn in your résumé with your license to a ski resort to start working for them.

you need to do your level 1 instructors course (or equivalent) so you become insured. no resort will hire you without it. then you apply at resorts as you would any job. if they hire you, you'll be an instructor.
