    It doesn't mean anything at all. There is no 'quantum field'. Sounds like you've been reading some fiction pretending to be science. Many scam artists, alternative health providers, and psychics claim their field is based in science, and then pick an obscure science they're almost certain you haven't actually studied (like quantum mechanics or string theory) and then claim that theory backs up their ideas. It doesn't. They're just making it up.

Come on now, folks. No-one understands Quantum physics, not even Niels Bohr, who formulated it. Quantum physics are based on statistics, expressed in mathematics and involves phenomenas there is no language for. Quote: Please stop telling God what to do. ( Niels Bohr to Einstein)

There is no such thing as the "quantum field" and humans sure can't tune into it. Actually, humans can't "tune into" anything. As the above answer mentioned, scam artists like to use this sort of language, and "quantum" seems to be the latest buzzword for "clever science". All it means is "quantised"- or "exists in discrete packages".

Ok, first "quantum physics" does exist. It can be explained in layman's terms if you want to take time to read a book "Quantum Physics Made Easy" & Understanding Quantum Physics". Both books are at book stores in the Physics section. Also, in the same series are the book explanations for string theory and Quantum mechanics. for real time usage of how the theories are being applied: government researchers at Austin Institute are working on ZPE... check it out :-)
