What is a team foul, how is it different from a personal foul?

How do part-time founders make their website personal ("about us" or "our team" section)?

• I am working full time and working on my startup on personal time (nights and weekends).   The idea that I am working on is not directly in the business line of my employer - so there is no clash of interest.   To make the startup (website) more appealing - it is always mentioned to provide more information on the team.  My question is, how do I do it?  I haven't disclosed to my company or colleagues that I am working on other projects, as I am not sure how it would impact my progress at current place.  How do other founders handle disclosing personal identity on start-up website/forums etc?  The current status of my startup is still at early stage (not there yet to quit existing job).

  If: There's no conflicts of interest with your employer, You didn't use your employer's resources to work on your company, and, You didn't sign anything that grants all of your IP and inventions to your employer, then you don't have to preemptively disclose anything to your employer. Nor do you have to hide your identity on your company website. If those three things are the case, then you're not doing anything wrong and don't need to act secretively about your project. If somebody from your company stumbles upon your startup website and sees your name (unlikely to happen for some time... And if this starts happening frequently enough this is a great sign that you should work on the project full time), just tell them "Yes this is a project that I work on during the nights and weekends." If the quality of your work at your primary job starts to suffer, then you'll need to reevaluate how you want to handle that going forward. But until that happens you have nothing to sorry about.
