How fast should i run 1500m in?

This is a difficult one as are you looking for the sort of time you should do it in as a club athlete, a school athlete or just as doing the event for fun. I'm an athlete that competes for a club, what I used to do, and still do now, is look at different athletic clubs web sites and look at their records for the different events. They also display the results of any competitions through out the year and previous years. It's a good way of seeing what other people your age are doing in competitions, and to judge how well your doing in comparison.

I'm 14 and i run in in 5:10 and i always come practically last in races...one girl in my race got 4:23 but she is the national champion!

6 mins is good for a 14 year old. i think 6 and a half mins is really good 8 mins is average

It depends on your fitness but between 8-10 mins is good. :)
