Is it legal for a web site to sell glass pipes chongs that have "420" in the title, if its use is tobacco?

by logic it is legal - doesn't matter what your name 'implies' if products you are selling are legal (noting illegal with pipes) go for it. you will not have problems even if someone else already uses 4:20 and you sell products just like theirs because by default numbers are not trademark-able like 911, 711, 101, 69, etc..
