Perfectly legal BUT only if you make up an eBay shop (because of an income you HAVE to pay taxes) EBay reguraly scout peoples shopping and selling habits, if they notice you selling things, they will ban you account and possibly phone the police I'm not making this up, eBay have stated this plenty of times through the years Its ok to sell your unwanted stuff every now and again but sell things any other way and you will prob be caught My advice, register an eBay shop and take the cut or pay the consequences
