How can I get possible customers?

I am a heating engineer in Yorkshire. Please advise how I can get as many customers as possible?

hi how you doing , i know times are hard for all business , But there are some sure easy way and more effective way to be found by your clients. First do you have a web site? or have you written any articles or given a free report. do you use social Media to market your business. I give you 4 things you can do to help grow your business and help you gain more clients 1) If you have a web site , go to google places and add your business area in the post code area (its free) e.g if i am looking for a Engineer in Yorkshire, you have a better chance of showing up in google becuase you are in google places and they even show a map of where you are. 2) Create a Youtube video , just you standing in from of a camera or in front of your van, and give people like 10 top tips on how to take care of your boiler. Because they will see that as very good information if they have an issue with their boiler whom do you think they will call, yes you !! 3) Write an article or get someone to write one for you , does not have to be long maybe about just a page same things, 10 top tips on how to take care of your boiler, or 10 things you should always ask your heating engineer. You can also create a Youtube video for this (take you 10 mins). This establishes you as a credible professional in your area and field of business. 4) People that you do work for, when you give them your business card have a get 10-20% off coupon on the back off business card, of recommend me to a friend get a free HMV voucher (£10). What this does it make other people tell their family and friends about you because you are giving them something for them just recommending you. 5)When you do a job for someone, always try to call them back in like a months, and just say you calling to ask if their system is working ok , you just wanted to check and make sure. Most other heating people do not do this, people will remember you because of that and will also recommend you because of it. . Save the person names and the date you went round . Because you want to creats a database of your clients, so e.g when summer is coming up u can send them a get your systems Rads flushed for a discount .
