  • Answer:

a good way to do a good presentation is to do it on powerpoint and provide visuals. you can read it off the screen as the audiences read it. use good layout, nice coordinated colors, and pictures.

Be calm and most importantly natural ........................... The best presentations r given by ppl who feel that they r standing on the same side of the table as the others are, be one in the grp and not the CHOSEN ONE. Sentences like - "u wd all go with me that ..............." or "as we all were discussing ..............." helps the audience connect well with you. Never cram the presentation, just read it a couple of times. While delivering the presentation a couple of statements here and there will not make much of a difference but make sure the stats and figures are all correct .

Well, I will tell you what I think, but you have to be able to adapt it to you. I don't know you, or your style, but here is what I suggest. Whatever it is you are selling, know it well. Know the product as best you can. That is it. Now for the presentation, you have to be able to assess your surroundings, the people, the meeting, and then have at it. I used to think about everything I would say, how I would go about saying it, yada...yada... As soon as it was time, it all went out the window. If you think you have to can the presentation, it will no doubt flop, and so will you. I LOVE sales. I LOVE closing. But it is YOU that you are selling, the product is just a fact of the matter. If YOU do not engage the person or people, how will your product. Imagine that they already need the product, and it is available from more than one distributor, now make yourself stand out. How? With a superior personality, an air of confidence (not arrogance) a knowledge of your product, whatever it is. And try to assess what makes your client tick. What is their driving force? Best price? Best service? Some perk to go along with the sale? Find out what they have been receiving, and what gripes them. Then make yourself look better. Good luck.

First of all...try to be enthusiastic about the product or service that you are selling. That's a number one thing you can do to help you remember your presentation. Talk to your sister about the prod/serv first....or to yourself and answer your own questions..get it? Then, if you can use notes...however, it wont be as effective in selling if youre not familiar with your product! Well, if you must use notes...dont look at people in the eye and pause for a reaction...look at their forehead or hairline or ear which will give them the impression that youre looking at them and keep your focus. Dont look at one person too long unless you want a real pause. Take a breath, then go back to your notes...it'll look like you did that on purpose for effect. And it is! Good luck, have fun!
