100% Scam. You dealing with a scammer. He will send you an email that looks like it is from PayPal but it is fake. The email will say that the funds will be released as soon as you enter a tracking number for the shipment. However, as the email is fake, there is no money.

Well through PayPal if he did scam you you'd be able to get your money back at least, but go with your gut if sounds to good to be true its usually a scam, besides it wouldn't cost that much for shipping charges.

Tell him no. Yes he's trying to scam you. His payment to paypal will be with something forged, would end up being reversed, and YOU would have to pay it back.

I wouldn't... he could wait for it to arrive then tell paypal it never arrived and they revoke the payment... he MAY be legit..but asking if you will do so is one thing...pushing is another.
