What is this Japanese Advertisement?

I am trying to make a babysitting advertisement, and i don't know what to include on the advertisement?

• I have what ages we babysit and that we are certified. I have how much we charge per hour and what number to call but i don't know what else to include.

  Mention your age. The words "responsible" and "dependable" are eye catchers. (Assuming these are true, lol). Is this just for the summer? Temporarily? Long term? Specify your time frame and the hours/shifts you are available. It is important that you mention points that set you apart from everyone else looking for a babysitting job. Are you experienced? Do you have references? Are you creative? A good student? Parents basically want to know that their children will be receiving a lot of attention and that they will not just be sitting in front of the tv all day. Whether you prefer to babysit in your own home or come to theirs. If you are wanting to do it in your home, mention some things about the safety of your home, i.e. fenced yard, no pool, no pets, no smoking. Also the neighborhood you are in. You also need to include your name and email address. Something like this: Fun, dependable 16 year old girl wants to babysit for you! Hello my name is mandy. I am a babysitter with three years experience, able to care for your children from the hours of x-x. I am very outgoing and fun. I perfer to be outside playing with the kids, not inside watching tv. Some things I enjoy doing with the children i babysit are using sidewalk chalk, blowing bubbles, coloring, running through the sprinklers... etc. I am a very good student and am able to tutor/help with homework as needed.
