First figure out your main target audience? I would think it would be young homeowners with new families. Next figure out what this demographic does. What do they read? Where do they shop? Next figure out if they shop at a certain grocery store/area see what that store charges to place advertisements on shopping carts or at check stands. Or if they even offer such a thing. Another option is to print out low cost door knob flyers and pay a high school kid to go around neighborhoods and leave them. However don't go to new neighborhoods where carpets are in good shape. Go to older homes (but not too old) where families could use a cleaning. Next try and hit up apartment complexes, land a deal with an apartment complex who are constantly cleaning floors. Every time a person moves out/in they are required to clean the floors. Make a folder with your prices and benefits of using your services to take to all the apartments in your area.
