Listen to what they say and repeat back to them if you are unsure of what they are saying. Give them respect. They ultimately pay the bills. Get help if you need to. Don't lie to them. Be honest. Don't make up stuff. If you don't know then say I don't know but I'll be glad to find the answer for you. edit: Don't take anything they say personally.
