Acne HELP need fast. Really really fast?

neutrogena scrub and face wash work the best

you can use a cream called Zappit. and use stridex pads to wash your face. that will really help

clean and clear

get a prescription, store stuff doesn't really work.

You might want to go to the doctor and get on some acne medication, usually some type of antibiotic. Otherwise, benzoyl peroxide has usually worked for me. Or salicylic acid. Both are commonly used in acne creams.

You probably don't need any cream just wash your face every night and in the morning with some kind of acne scrub. I do that even when I don't get breakouts to prevent it. It wakes me up in the morning too! :) I am a girl tho, but it shouldn't be much different.

not a lot of creams are very effective unless you go to your doctor and get prescription. the quickest thing would probably be to get zeno. its easy and very effective, but it over $100 so thats the best thing.
