if u go to merle normans they have this lilac colored cover up that is made just for that, u put it under ur eyes then put the foundation over it. i have the same problem, let me tell u its not just sleep! it can also have something to do with allergies

first off... get some sleep. make up... maybe foundation or powder. or blush.

Drink water, get more sleep, put hot tea bags on your eyes or coco butter but its basically from not getting enough sleep so just try to get a couple more hourz of sleep
