earth day i think originates from the buddhist plough festival and is celebrated by planting a tree or petitions or something dasara is an indian festival a few days before diwali (the festival of lights) dasara celebrates an aspect of hinduism passover is a jewish holiday celebrating jewish freedom from slavery in egypt :) hope i helped
