Is there a possibility we (Spurs) will get Champions League football next season?

Lets face it, it's a stupid rule, a league that has the quality for a team outside the top four to win it shouldn't be punished.

I'm really sorry for you. it's a totally unfair rule, but it seems like Tottenham won't enter the CL next season, Even though I'm a Chelsea fan I honestly admit you deserved to enter it and this rule doesn't do you justice
