I have a couple months off and I want to take a vacation to anywhere. Literally anywhere. Where should I go? What are some good travel sites I should check out? What are some good sites for last-minute travel deals?

For example, expedia has a pretty good last-minute deals website: http://www.expedia.com/p/multi-deal/last-minute.htm BTW, I'm in California.

Well considering we're in winter and the southern hemisphere is in summer, I would recommend heading anywhere south of the equator. Africa? SE Asia? South America? All excellent destinations that can easily fill up a couple of exciting months. Have fun!
