As others have mentioned, this can vary greatly. There are too many variables to provide any one answer. If you're getting 10,000 CLICKS per month, then I'd say the site would do quite well. I'm assuming you mean 10,000 visits per month? If you have ads on your site, then it will depend on how much that particular ad pays per click, and then of course the actual conversion (meaning for every 10,000 visits, how many can you get to actually click on your ads).
