    Hello, I would not "buy" a list from any source. Your best bet is to find list brokers, or email list companies that you can rent a list. Or even a related company to your business, an association or publication. These type of lists tend to be double opt-in and are normally fairly good sources. Hope this helps, Nick

I think that you best bet for a safe list is to: a.) Advertise in a newletter that you consumers will read b.) Contact a newletter's editor and offer to write a coulumn for them - I believe it is supposed to be 75% content and 25% sales letter.
