I would also recommend Craigslist (type it into google). Also, a good e-marketing strategy should include PPC (Pay-per-click Advertising). Type this term into google, it can do a lot for your business. Also, look into producing some company graphics and create banners, buy some advertising space on strategically picked websites and place your banners there. Because on the internet it's great to have a website, which can give people tons more information, but you likely want localized business(you don't want business in NY if you're in Washington).
