One way is to invest in Google adwords - an inexpensive to buy advertising on the web. You only pay if someone clicks through to your site. Another way is through PR: what do you have in the store that is uniquer or different that would interest a particylar group.

the old fashioned way - newspaper, bulletin boards at local grocery stores, any of the frequent searchline pages - weather.com, yahoo, msn - ask all your personal email contacts if they would mind emailing all their contacts on your behalf, and passing it that way - especially if you offer a code and discount.
