I agree, being 14 is quite young and you should talk to your parents. That being said, I hope they encourage your ambitiousness and that you guys can figure out ways to do this. Instead of a website, I think you should consider 1) starting a belly dancing club at your school 2) offer to teach belly dancing at organizations you and/or your family are a part of (e.g. church) 3) offer to teach belly dancing for kids at a nearby dance studio. Dance studios will have kids programs, esp. during the summer. Make sure one of your parents is there for the first few lessons or a close family friend. I would avoid doing online advertising for now if you are only 14 and keep your work to "friends/family/referrals" like the above. And as you build your contacts when you grow older you definitely should be able to have your own business! Definitely wish you luck!
