Does anyone know of a good auction site other than ebay??

I know of good specialty auction sites but not a general one like eBay where you can find almost anything. I'm sure there are a few, but you will not find a third of what you can find on eBay, and as a seller, you'll get killed. What you save in fees you'll more than give away in lower sales due to poor market exposure.

also yahoo has auctions, but there is www.craigslist.com which is totally free and is more of a classified ad type thing to sell on.

There are several other sites, some specialize a bit. Try onlineauction.com, ecrater.com, ubid.com, webidz.com, overstock.com has a auction section as well. Most are not as large as ebay, but they are growing.
