Yes, I agree with the others, ask the newspaper, but I would also suggest that you may have more than one local or regional newspaper that covers your area, seeing they are all competing with each other you may be able to negotiate a cheaper deal than their advertised rates, especially if you commit to running your ad for a specified period, like a few weeks. If this is the case get quotes from all of them.
