How do I send html emails with ActionMailer?

What is the best way to send custom HTML emails? Reply with custom HTML stationary? on Mac

I have completed a custom HTML email stationary complete which is mobile and retina ready with Media Queries. I've tried to set up a stationary via Mac.app yet it didn't work because of the media queries so I'm looking for a better solution. I'm only sending and replying to 1 person at a time. Whats the best way to hold a conversation with someone via Email using a custom HTML stationary?

I have found a solution. Through using http://www.chriswrites.com/2012/03/create-custom-html-email-templates-in-the-os-x-mail-app/, it discussed how to make it happen. However, what it didn't share were two things that wouldn't allow it to work. 1. The newest version of OSX 10 has hidden "Library" under the GO area of FINDER. To view it, hold OPTION. 2. For some reason... mail.app will overwrite the file back to it's original signature if you do not right click on the file, GET INFO, and select "LOCK". It's silly... it's incredibly difficult to add something custom... which is ridiculous IMHO.
