What happened to reply or post message on yahoo finance message board?

I am a registered yahoo user. Went to the stock message board & I don't see anything to click on. Even brought up someone Else's message & there was no "reply" to ...show more

Here is a one-up to that problem--how about trying to make out a complaint---and the scrambled letters box you are to retype (their attempt to block automatic spam mail)--IS EMPTY? I continually get---without any reasonable basis--error 999 when trying to post on finance message boards. Problems with Yahoo Finance boards have been going on for months--it is at Yahoo--not your computer or your connection or a virus on your machine--or your browser as they suggest.
