Is the Yahoo Finance Portfolio server down?

Trying to access My Portfolio in Yahoo Finance. For 2 days now I keep getting message Server Connection Close?

    Their SSL certs on the servers has expired . I have reported the same to Yahoo care @ twitter. lets see what they say
