How do I add plug ins outside yahoo?

Why can't i view my image on Yahoo messenger 10? also i cant add any plug ins.?

  You do not say what OS you are running but this appears to be an XP problem. You need to clear your Yahoo Messenger cache Click the "Start" menu and select Programs | Accessories | Command Prompt. A list of commands is provided below. Copy ONE LINE AT A TIME , then right-click to paste the line into the Command Prompt window. After pasting each command, press Enter on your keyboard.
